Food good, no complaints and time for order reasonable. Premises is currently in disgusting shape. Unclean tables, seating cleanliness really bad and same floors. There was nobody in the store when we walked in and only 1 since we got here, plenty of time to clean up even 2 mins would help huge. Shared one photo but many more could have been taken. Have to do a better job for the customer experience. Oh and no straws available… come on! Food 👍🏻

Food and service is great, it's new so the place is really clean. I took away a star because it was very smokey inside, I don't think the hood vents are strong enough. Maybe the hood vents can go to the highest setting, I'm not sure what system you have. The smell and smoke was overwhelming for us so I think it just needs a bit better ventilation but everything else was great! There's also a drive thru that we noticed when we were leaving so that's convenient. Congratulations on your new location :)

Churches Chicken has to be the worst chicken I’ve eaten, never received any white meat; we got 4 backs and the rest were legs. Some of the chicken were undercooked, had throw out 4 pieces out of the 12 I ordered because it was pink inside, we tried this chicken for the first time and never will go back again. Do not eat at the Erb St location in Waterloo, depending what you buy, you’ll probably be disappointed; tenders and wings might be the only thing you’d want!!!
