Don't usually post bad reviews but this one is ridiculous. Went through drive thru was first to place order another car pulls up on other side order is placed, I said that's OK. Ordered mint mocha 1 muffin and 2 sausage mcgriddles. I received 2 muffins, sausage egg Mc muffin and a watery mocha wow ppl. Like get it together please at only 11am.

Don't waste your money! The order is NEVER right. The fries are ALWAYS COLD. The staff clearly hate their job and this place is ALWAYS FILTHY! The last 3 times I have ordered from this location, they've either missed food I've paid for or had the wrong toppings. One of the 3 times I had to deal with BOTH. I called multiple times per day for over a week. They NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS and have a separate option when you get the answering machine for complaints. After 10 days of being ignored without a callback, I went in and talked to a manager. They took my information and said multiple free coupons are coming to my residence by mail. That was 3 months ago and I give up so I think giving an honest and to the point review is the only option left. I hope to see the day where Wendy's or Arby's surpass McDonald's as the #1 food chain because they deserve to be.

They gived me this bucket as a toy after halloween，kids were so upset，so my husband complained this to manger then he throw a regular toy to him. problem is solved，but we still feel very angry.
