Delicious burgers served beautifully. The food was so good, nice and fresh. The girl at front who took our order was so sweet and served us with a good smile, was working so fast that we were just served within 2 minutes of ordering. It makes a meal so much more delicious with a good customer service experience.

Food was mostly ok, except for the big black hair on my burger. Hairnets are a pretty neat invention. Place was a total dump, couldn't find a clean table. Soda machine was disgusting with old stains all over. Clearly no one cares anymore, with all the "new" owners. Never to return. Currently on my way to get tested for hepatitis. Wish me luck!

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences at fast food places, but Wendy's takes the cake when it comes to awful customer service. I went through the drive-thru today, and right off the bat, the employee at the window was completely rude. No greeting, no "how can I help you," just a cold, uninterested tone as if I was interrupting their day. It’s clear that the staff here has zero regard for basic customer service, and it honestly ruined what should have been a simple fast food experience. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I highly recommend avoiding it if you want any semblance of decent treatment. Wendy's really needs to invest in training their employees on basic courtesy.
