I asked for an additional bag to help protect my car's seats from the grease/oil that was soaking through the bag. I was told providing additional bags isn't allowed. I fortunately put down some napkins between the bag and my seats, as the napkins instantly started to absorb from the exterior of the bag. Bags provided are very thin, and not adequate for those that are buying for takeout

The burger is definitely a better one, above average. There are many toppings to choose from. The fries are tasty and even better with vinegar. I went there at lunchtime, and the sun shined directly to most of the tables. It is just very hot to sit there and too bright to sit & chat with a few friends. You basically eat and then leave. Well, free peanuts are bonus.

November 1, 2024 Update : For the first time ever, we were given stale fries... ----- The burgers are alright...but I'm addicted to their fries, which are always freshly fried. I get the large size and they fill the cup to the brim and extra into the paper bag. I find sometimes the fries in the cup get soggy because it is so fresh and hot, so I'll usually dump out more into the bag and eat from the cup first. They also get extra crispy again even the next day after toasting in the mini oven/air fryer! The employees there are also very friendly and pleasant.
