I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered two large fries and asked THREE times for more ketchup. The employee assured me they put it in the bag, so I trusted them and didn’t check. When I finally stopped to eat, I realized they gave me ZERO ketchup. I literally cannot eat fries without ketchup, so I had to drive 5 km back just to get what I originally asked for. When I got there, they claimed they put five packets in the bag, but there were NONE. Then, a manager-looking person gave me a terrible attitude, asking me what I wanted as if I was making things up. At this point, I was frustrated—not just because of the missing ketchup but because of their awful customer service. My fries had gone cold, so I asked for a fresh order. Instead of just fixing the mistake, they handed me the new fries while making a snide remark: “Some people lie about missing items just to get free food.” Seriously? Not once did they apologize until I asked them to. This was not just about ketchup—this was about being treated with respect as a paying customer. If this is how they handle a simple request, I can’t imagine how they deal with bigger issues. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Most comfortable McDonald's outlet around the neighbourhood with good seatings layout and ample parking space. A special complement to Ms Anita who is friendly and cheerful and was always seen to be diligent with customer service. This is by far the best Mcdonald's I have ever been to where the atmosphere is good and place is clean.

Repeated my order 3 times because the cashier was too busy placing her own lunch order in, and she got it wrong. After paying and letting her know, she said it was because she wasn't done, even though I had paid already. When I was given the food, they forgot not only the happy meal sauces, they completely forgot to give us the happy meal entirely.
