I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at A&W. I went to the location at 3:30 AM, fully aware that they are advertised as a 24/7 restaurant. However, when I arrived at the window, I was told they were not serving any food or guests. I am left confused and frustrated by this—how can a restaurant that is supposed to be open 24 hours refuse to serve customers? To make matters worse, I had just finished a long shift at work and was on my way home, needing a meal before I could sleep, especially since I’m fasting during Ramadan. It was not only inconvenient but incredibly inconsiderate for me to be turned away without any reasonable explanation. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get food, but I am still perplexed by how a business can fail to deliver on its promises, especially during such crucial hours for some customers. This experience is just the latest example of how A&W’s food and service have been going downhill. I always order the Chipotle Wraps, and I’ve had several instances where my order was completely messed up—missing lettuce, missing sauce, or just thrown together carelessly. One time, I was given a wrap with a rock-hard, stone-cold piece of chicken inside. I thought A&W’s food was supposed to be made fresh? It’s frustrating because I miss the days when the wraps actually tasted good. Now, they’re just awful because they’re not even made properly anymore. I was desperate for food that night, craving something I used to enjoy, but after this, never again. This experience left me feeling disregarded, and it reflects poorly on the brand. I hope that A&W takes responsibility for this issue and seriously reevaluates how they handle service and food quality because, as of now, it has become unacceptable.

Why the whole team is only from 1 nationality and they speak indian to each other all the time? Why they don't wear gloves when preparing the food? No hair cover! The lady touching her hair and ears then touched the bread to prepare the sandwich!! Plus they are angry and not smiling. What happens to the customer service!

This location is the best of the best: Every single time I order late night on Uber Eats it’s always fresh & they often surprise me now & then. Thanks so much guys for the continual great food & service. Definitely among the best A&W locations in the nation
