This McDonald’s has never disappointed me, in my travels from Kitchener to Toronto. As this is my usual midway stop point. The food is always fresh and hot and very tasty for being a McDonald’s. My one complaint but I won’t take a star away for it, at time I find them very, very slow! And the odd staff aren’t the pleasant other than that…. All is great!

Took my son there on Sunday morning March 9, 2025 for breakfast. He ordered Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddles, Hash Brown and a Caramel Iced Coffee. 3 hours later, my son started to get sick with diarrhea and severe vomiting several times. Doctor said he has food poisoning. Took him 3 days to recover. Now that I think back, I remembered seeing their staff preparing food in the kitchen none of them wear gloves. They touch food with their bare hands including meat and cheese. I immediately reported my concern to Public Health. Don't think we will ever visit this location again.

The food at this McDonald’s was exceptional—truly top-tier. Compared to other locations I’ve visited, this experience stood out. It was my first time at this location as I’m from Vaughan, and I was thoroughly impressed. Everything about this McDonald’s was outstanding, from the quality of the food to the exceptional service. The staff were friendly and professional, and the manager, Errol, demonstrated true leadership and professionalism. If I could, I would give this location 10 stars!
