My first mistake was going to McDonald’s in the first place because #boycott but unfortunately when it’s Christmas Eve and everything else is closed and you’re family is not around, it was my only option. My order was simple. Big Mac no onions no pickles extra cheese. I get home and opened it cuz I have trust issues and there onions. Looks like they realized their mistake and just took off some of the onions. Like just make a new one if you can’t read and understand simple instructions. I have severe sensitivity to raw onions so removing them after they had been sitting in the sandwich does not help me. Waste of money. Everyone at McDonald’s needs new training

The washrooms for men, women, and individuals with disabilities were very clean and spacious. There’s convenient parking right at the front and plenty of seating areas. Service was quick, and overall, it was a great experience.

Tried there crispy chicken burger and not what I have expected. I am disappointed with the service, so I was about to pay using gift card of McDonald's and it was my first time using GC of Mcdo then it says card is not active. Then I asked the crew and the guy just said "I don't know why it happened", so I asked like why it's saying not active and then I asked if I do need to activated the gift card, then he just said "I don't know". Instead of looking ways on how to assist the customer, he is doing nothing. And he doesn't even know how the gift card works. Kinda surprised coz as employee of McDonald's, I expected that you are trained on how to handle gift card payments or at least provide ways on how to assist the customer. No initiative was taken. Then the manager just told me to call their hotline for customer assistance regarding the gc.
