DONT EAT HERE. Ordered $100 worth of food (5 burgers, fries, mac and cheese bites) and every order was either wrong or had burger patties the size of coins. Called to complain and request a refund and the worker had the audacity to say that’s how they’re made. Told me the owner would call me back in 5 minutes and haven’t gotten anything.

This establishment serves up delicious foods that we all crave from time-to-time, such as Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches, classic burgers, burgers with grilled cheese sandwiches instead of regular burger buns (!?), poutines, and milkshakes. I ordered the Monster Melt Burger and a Peanut Butter Shake. Both of these were delicious and hit the spot for sure! I want to give a big shoutout to Elizabeth and her team for their tremendous customer service. The restaurant is clean, warm, and comfortable. I will be back to this Meltwich location in the future.

How is it possible to mess up 2 of 3 orders? First order had 4 items with no pickles requested and you guessed it, pickles. Second order was ok. Now the 3rd order. Somehow they added an ingredient that wasn't even supposed to be included. 6 items half were messed up and might as well have been the whole order since the store won't do anything to fix it. Guess one of us not having dinner is a solution to them.
