I recently visited A&W for dinner and ordered an Uncle Burger combo for dine-in. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The cashier did not greet me with a smile or a welcoming attitude, and there was a noticeable lack of basic customer service. I didn’t even receive a tray for my meal, nor did they provide the signature root beer mug for my fountain drink. On a positive note, the food was delicious, which is what I’ve come to expect from A&W. The Uncle Burger was flavorful, and the meal was satisfying. However, the dining experience could be much better if the staff were trained to deliver a friendlier, more attentive service. A little effort on the staff’s part could go a long way in making customers feel valued.

Well maintained and organized A&W in Mississauga. Food served here is so fresh and yummy 😋 Burgers are always fresh and cooked well !It’s been over 2 years, I’m a regular visitor here, but never disappointed with the food quality and service here!!

I ordered the cheddar bacon uncle burger combo. My burger had no onion, no pickle, and 1 very small slice of bacon cut into little pieces. The 1 slice of tomato was a bit mushy and did not taste fresh. The quality of my burger did not meet my expectations. On the other hand, my order was ready in just a few minutes. The service at this location is usually good, but the quality of food seems to have declined.
