Excellent Staff! I always stop by this location and the staff is excellent. They deal with some difficult customers. They are customer service pro’s, I see it every visit. My Spicy chicken was perfect, chilli was amazing.

I recently visited Wendy’s during my shift, hoping to grab a quick meal. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich around 10:45 (February 24) Unfortunately, the sandwich I received was overcooked and rubberized, making it nearly impossible to eat. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I approached the staff to express my concern about the quality of the food, I was met with rudeness and was cut off before I could finish explaining. Instead of offering a simple replacement or listening to my feedback, the employee insisted the sandwich was fresh and dismissed my concerns without offering any solution. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just a replacement sandwich, which would have been a reasonable request. However, due to the poor attitude and lack of customer service, I walked away feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I’ve had better experiences with Wendy’s in the past, but this time, both the food quality and customer service were a letdown. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure better service and satisfaction for future customers.

We purchased food at 9.00 PM today for kids and once we collected the order, cleaning staff told us to go and eat some where quoting they have closed dining area.They had not posted any notices that they have closed dining area and floor was wet causing an unsafe area. Manager and cleaning staff were very rude and unprofessional. The guy who introduced himself as a manager was not having any identification.They used bad words and threatened us that they will call security. I do not recommend this place for dining.Our family was unhappy and frustrated the way they treated us after having happy holidays in Niagara Falls. There is a Starbucks and Subway store with great service. We missed to check their previous reviews before ordering foods.
