Amazing burgers and superb customer service . The Store is under new management now. The burgers are so huge and fulling. I have tried many other burgers but Burger Factory is the best!!! Gladiator burgers who are similar to the Burger Factory have smaller burgers as compared to Burger Factory. So definitely worth every penny you spend!!!! Their Funnel Cake is a must try!!! 100% recommended.

Had a great experience here! The Juicy Lucy burger was juicy, delicious and very well constructed! Tornado fries were crispy and perfectly cooked. Staff on duty truly stood out!! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They served food on the table and made my visit feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back!
