I'm not coming here ever again. Two times already I got hair in my food. First time I let it slide because everybody makes mistakes. But if it happens consistently and with the same problem. There's a problem with hygiene. There was an Indian student that was taking out and serving food but she was coughing not even covering her mouth. Y'all need to watch out for your food because standard these days is not even the same as we had before.

They made me wait in reserve parking for 7-8 min from drive thru and gave me this amount of food. I am already too late to go inside and order new one. Heres one star rating for employees. Employees dont even know how to take order and dont even know how to make it.

I waited at the cash register for about 3-5min and no one coming to the register to take my order. Then at the drive through I ordered a McDouble plain and still had to wait for a bit for a plain McDouble!!!! I checked my McDouble and not only did they do a sloppy job in assembling it, but they also only put one patty in the burger when it should be two patties!!! What the heck!!!!!! Then I went through the line up for drive thru and spoke to the mgr. He apologized and said he would get me another burger. He took my receipt to make the order. Gave back the receipt and told me to go to the next window. When I went to the next window to pick up the new burger, I told the lady I was going to check the burger thoroughly and she started laughing. I said there’s nothing funny about this. I opened up the new burger and there’s onions in there. It was not a Mc double plane like how I ordered. I told her take it back and get me a Mc double plane now. They got me the plane and I just left. This is just absolutely awful in every regard. No CUSTOMER SERVICE in the cashier just laughing at me. I said it’s not a laughing matter. I said look behind me. There’s now 14 cars waiting in this lineup at drive-through because you guys, cannot put two burger patties in one burger and make it right the first time and the second time!!!
