Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Coming from Scarborough and moving to Oakville in October. I’ve never experienced worse service than I do at almost every place I shop out here. Like the smoky bbq quarter pounder should have fried onions where are they? It’s literally a quarter pounder with bbq sauce at this point. They manufactured specific cups for the specialty sundae yet talk about helping climate change and the new containers do not hold up cause they are cardboard so that makes 0 sense. I also have never seen a milkshake look like this. Stop hiring incompetent staff.

I was so hungry after hiking a long way in Sixteen mile creek, and can’t wait to have some food for dinner. So I came to McDonald in sunset time and enjoy the food here. It’s good.

Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order while those who ordered received their order before mine. They missed the fries when my order finally came. When home only to discover that they gave me BLT egg McMuffin instead of a Surf n’ Turf. Why do I even go to this location? They consistently miss items. While I was waiting for my food, 4 people came back to complain. This location needs to re-train the manager.
