I recently visited an A&W restaurant and had a great experience! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the Masala Veggie Burger, and it was delicious

I took my kids here for my sons birthday dinner. We received our food with an extra burger. My daughter asked a staff member of they did birthday songs for people. The lady was nice enough to go and ask about this. She came back and explained they did not. I went back up to the counter to buy the 4 pack of root beer as this was what my son asked for. The lady that served me came back with a coupon for a free mug of root beer. The coupon expired Dec. 2024. We were in the store in Jan. 2025. The store was not busy and appeared relatively clean. They do not have ice so my daughter and I were not fans of our drinks. The lights were not very bright. If there was music playing we could not hear it. The food was not the greatest but I appreciate the fact that I spent a lot of money and the portions were well worth every penny. I spent just over $40 for 3 people just on our meals.
