This place is pathetic. If you go to drive-thru they make you park, if you order inside you stand around with tons of other people waiting for your order. Nothing efficient about this place, it's complete chaos. I have been given wrong items in my order, burgers without the meat, and finally today I was given a Big Mac with no bun. I had dropped it off to my daughter who was in a course. The poor kid had to eat this messy slop with her hands. I am so done with McDonalds. It's not fast, not good, and not most certainly cheap.

Quality of service is getting worse which makes you wonder why management ignores the problem. Weekends the place sounds like a zoo when most of service staff are young kids with no supervisor in sight. Party atmosphere (loud screaming, jumping...) and luck of interest in work results in mistakes and frustration. Lately I had less than 50% chance to get what I ordered; for instance the other day my order of coffee with milk and muffin was completely messed up, the cashier entered the wrong price, the coffee was all milk and the muffin the wrong kind. The decline of service quality is the result of poorly trained unsupervised weekend staff with a poor attitude .

I don't usually give McDonald's 5 stars, but the customer service I received at this location was above and beyond. I had my toddler with me, who was trying to make a break for it as soon as we got inside. The woman who helped me ( I think she was a manager) saw I was struggling and immediately took my order, filled my drink for me, and brought it to my table. She quickly brought me my food as well, plus a colouring page for my son. The food was hot, and the fries had the proper amount of salt, not too much or too little. The playplace is of course a huge plus for anyone with kids, and it's quite well contained.
