Call this number and ask why you can’t get a cup of tap water in a reusable mug WITH your purchase of food. I was in the restaurant and gave my mug to a nicer older man who was Refused tap water, a basic human right in Canada

Edited 2025 - The teen burger and the mozza burger are very solid burgers. The store is sometimes not on top of things. Today ketchup dispenser is out and the coke zero syrup is out and dispensing just soda water. Last year my first time here, I wanted the diet root beer but found they were out of syrup so I only got soda water.. they refunded that since not in mood for coke zero today. I have been switching some of my quick service away from McDonald's recently due to 2 locations I frequented stop offering free internet. A&W is becoming a new favorite, especially for fries, which i used to think McDs were the best. The poutine was only okay since the fries and gravy are not hot enough to melt the cheese curds but flavour is there. I had fries with gravy next time and this time with the Chipotle mayo which were tasty. Really like the metal basket the fries came in and the actual glass for the drinks. Mama burger is a solid burger just wish they do not charge $0.25 for slices of tomatoes and leafs of lettuce. Harvey's will give me all the toppings I want so Angus burger there is now my go to burger but A&W for fries and occasionally a reasonable solid burger.

I was pleasantly greeted by Tyler, who helped me at the cash till for my order. He suggested a teen burger as I wanted something with beef and tomatoes and it was a great suggestion! Delicious, fast service, and very clean inside the location. Can’t wait to come back, thanks Tyler for the great and kind service, it made my day!
