Great sandwich, great bagels, totally worth your time! Kettlemans is a great spot for bagels! I just dropped by for a half dozen and picked up a nice little bagel sandwich while I was at it. I love watching the bagels being made in the giant brick oven!! Their selection is solid and we got our food faster than I expected. I tried the new vegetarian fish option and it was decent. My gf liked it a lot more than me but to be fair I don’t like fish so even though it was vegetarian I was sensitive.

I have been a loyal customer of Kettlemans on Bank Street since 2001, visiting at least 2-3 times a month until the Trainyards location opened. The Kettlemans Special with salmon has always been my go-to order, but unfortunately, the quality has plummeted. This is now the second time I’ve ordered the Kettlemans Special and been incredibly disappointed. The salmon was inedible—disgusting, to say the least—forcing me to leave my bagel unfinished. They’ve also cheaped out on the toppings, giving half the amount of olives and noticeably skimping on the overall ingredients. It’s disheartening to see a place I once loved take such a nosedive in quality. I will not be returning to the Trainyards location and sincerely hope they take customer feedback seriously before losing more long-time patrons.

Been coming here for a few years now always have great bagels 🥯 24 hours a day. Great place to come for a morning coffee ☕️.
