This is a solid Syrian owned establishment located in the heart of centretown that opened up less than a year ago. I can only review the Syrian style sajj bread shawarma since that is what I ordered but it did not disappoint. The bread is a little thinner than the traditional pita but it soaks up all the flavour from the chicken and has a nice crunchy exterior. Veggies, fries, garlic and pomegranate sauce along with the juices form the chicken were added to blend a variety of flavours together. The place is really clean and the aesthetic inside is simple yet unique with all the Syrian themed decorations across. The menu does not shift away from the traditional wraps and bowls too much but they do have some vegetarian options and poutines for those looking to try something different. I think the place could benefit from having a few TVs inside or some music running in the back to make it a more chill environment but that’s just icing on the cake. Support local and go enjoy a classic Ottawa meal!

Phenomenal food!!!! 12/10 , 100% recommend! I got the trio pocket with fries. Amazing flavour, fresh, hot and filling. Fries have a delicious seasoning on them. Poor guy was working the counter by himself but gave friendly and fast service. Place is quite small and filled up with people quickly - maybe time for a larger / second location

I ate here twice. The shawarma is good. And cheaper than surrounding places. Their bread is also nice - it’s not a traditional pita - rather, it’s a thin wrap similar to a Saj wrap. Fantastic sauces. And the wrap was pretty large and filling. The only thing I didn’t like was that their beef seemed to have a lot of fat. Which I didn’t enjoy.
