I haven't been to Wendy's in years so I decided to try it out again. Had to write a review as to how bad it was. They say "quality is their service", but honestly, they have the worst quality out of every fast food chain. Food is such cheap and poor quality, I could barely eat it. I only finished my breakfast wrap as it was paid for. I do regret eating it, though. It was terrible. It was also barely thrown together and was hardly recognizable as a "wrap" The worker there had also essential thrown my food at me at the drive thru and was quite rude. I know we all have bad days but at least put your best foot forward and pretend to care at work. I understand why Wendy's continues to struggle as a company. You are serving food, and you are failing at serving, and making the food. Never going to Wendy's again. I'm offended that my wrap was deemed to be worth 4 dollars.

Breakfast sandwich was good - bacon is Wendy's strong point. Bread a bit heavy but still tasty. Updated review: biscuit very messy i'd opt out. Breakfast wrap was okay. The service was absolutely terrible - the person at the window can use some customer service training.

I'm getting disappointed with fast food restaurants. Wendy's use to be one of my favorites. I ordered the Asiago Chicken sandwich. It has shrunk in size, and it wasn't enjoyable to eat. Lukewarm, dried out cheese over done on the mayo. For the price I had to pay, I could have fed a family of 4 better burgers making my own. I'm so done with eating out, it's not worth it anymore.
