This Wendy's delivers THE worst service I've ever encountered. I order the same thing every time I come in. Baconator combo NO KETCHUP and a poutine. Three times now I get only ketchup on my burger and I'm allergic to tomatoes. I even confirm with the guy in window after ordering that there's no ketchup on it. He smiles and says yes! This wendys should really reconsider the idiots they're hiring. I came.back to get compensated for their mistake and the manager (chubby African lady) forgot my BBQ sauce and drink. Instead of waiting out in parking lot to get my car, I went into the restaurant to only hear her telling her stagg in a very unprofessional manner that I'm stealing food and will "probably use the same picture another time". It's just pathetic how terrible the service is at this location. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Got Wendy’s coupons in the mail. Thought: oh hey, I once enjoyed a good Wendy’s meal! Why not!? Well, that’ll go down as one of the grossest burgers I’ve had. Everything was dry. The patty was way past its allotted time in the warming drawer, and the bun was stale and fell apart into sections. The cheese wasn’t even given a chance to melt. Gross all around.

this is one of the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. first of all the microphone was so bad you couldn’t even understand the person in the drive-through secondly, I didn’t know what sauces to get with my nugget so the person in the drive-through walked me through all of the sauces and told me what they taste like and even when as far as to tell me their favourite and why they like it so much after all of that, bro didn’t even give me any sauce in the bag. this place sucks.
