This is average quality of the breakfast you can get here. Coffee is also inconsistent, especially decaf, the staff diluted it with hot water if they don’t have enough for the order. Average waiting time for just black coffee itself ranges from 3-10min, which is the slowest around the area. Waiting for the new McDonald near Towel Hill location and forget about this one. Staffs are friendly here.

This place really deteriorated over the last few months. I went in on a Friday evening and it was not that crowded but the place was a hot mess. Two "drive thru" customers came in to complain about a wrong orders. My issue was the cleanliness of the place and the haphazard manner in which the employees. There were flies buzzing around and the guys was emptying trash bins and left all the bags on the floor and went into the kitchen area never to be seen for the next 15mins that I was there. Changes need to made to priorities here guys! It's not too late.

WHAT GOES WITH FRIES?? OBVIOUSLY KETCHUP! If people order fries, you would automatically put ketchup in the bag. Imagine eating burger without the sauce or ordering cocktail without an alcohol. I waited for the drive thru for about 5-8 minutes when it should have been faster. I asked for mayo and the worker said it’s 30€ so I said it’s fine. I got to my work which is nearby and guess what? There were no ketchup packets. I had to drive back and the car behind me awhile ago is still waiting for their order. So I went in to the store and asked for ketchup but I can’t even be mad at the lady in cashier because it wasn’t her fault and she seemed like a sweet lady and even apologize even though it wasn’t her mistake. This happened just 20 minutes ago so shoutout to the Filipino Tita that gave me a bunch of ketchup 🫶🏼
