Today, I visited this McDonald, and experienced the worst customer service. Upon entering, noticed that the handy cap doors do not function. Going up to the front counter, I mentioned to the man that the handy cap doors do not work. He went and got a manager, and I explained to him, he did not even acknowledge the issue and walked away yo check the door. And the handy cap door was not working. Then he walked iut of the store. After placing my order at the front counter, They messed my order, after the third time, i got my order, and went to the drink area. The area was full of garbage every where. Then I noticed there were garbage all over the floors in the restaurant. The dirtiest store and the rudest staff. Pictures speak for themselves. I will send a copy to the York Region Health Department. This is unacceptable.

expect missing items so double triple check. also expect to reassemble food yourself and rewrap stuff. it will come in a wild bundle. even manager said everything was fine.

Amazing ice cream, compared to other McDonald’s this ice cream has more passion and enthusiasm. It had hopes and passions for the future, and it’s truly inspiring, looking forward to meeting this ice cream again. 😍it’s been a while since I’ve met such a strong willed ice cream, and it’s not easy to aim for becoming the best ice cream in Canada, I hope it achieves it hopes and dreams in 2025.
