While I understand that staffing issues can happen, I believe they could have handled the situation better. For instance, they could have asked customers with larger or more time-consuming orders to wait in the parking lot instead of making everyone, including those with small orders, wait inside for such a long time. The lack of organization and efficiency was frustrating, and it seemed like there was no real effort to prioritize or manage the orders effectively. I’ve been to this location before, and while I’ve had decent experiences in the past, this visit left a bad impression. A 25-minute wait for something as basic as fries is unacceptable, especially in a fast-food setting. I hope they improve their service and find better ways to manage high-traffic times, because this kind of delay makes me hesitant to return.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this McDonald's. During my visit to the drive-thru, the staff seemed more focused on personal conversations and distractions than on providing attentive service. As a result, my order was incorrect, and when I addressed the issue, the staff responded with indifference and did not offer an apology. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was disappointing, especially from a well-established brand. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving customer service standards moving forward. 0 star.

placed two mobile orders, which I provided at the speaker in the drive-thru. When we arrived at the window to pick up our food, one of the orders was missing. We explained to the staff that we had already given both mobile order numbers, but the employee rudely denied receiving one of them. After going back and forth, she finally admitted there was an issue, but instead of resolving it at the window, she told us we needed to come inside to fix it. This was said in a dismissive and rude manner, showing no care for the inconvenience caused. The employee, an Asian woman with white hair, exhibited behavior that was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This situation not only wasted a lot of our time but also made us very late. We had expected a quick and seamless experience, but instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of professionalism and respect was unacceptable. McDonald’s needs to train employees better on how to handle such situations politely and efficiently. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with rude behavior or lose so much time over something that should have been resolved easily.
