The staff is always friendly, and the service is fast, which is important when you're on the go. I’ve never had any issues with food safety, which is a major plus in the fast-food world. When it comes to taste, this Wendy’s burgers stand out. The beef actually tastes like real meat, unlike some other fast-food chains where the patty can feel more processed. The fresh toppings, from crisp lettuce to juicy tomatoes, complement the juicy patties perfectly. The bun is soft and doesn’t get soggy quickly, which is a win in the fast-food world. Their menu offers a variety of options, from burgers to chicken sandwiches and salads. I’m a big fan of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich—it has just the right amount of spice without overpowering the chicken. The value for money is also great; you get generous portions for a reasonable price. I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for years and have never had a bad experience. There are minor downsides, like the noise in some locations, but overall, it’s a great place for a quick and satisfying meal. In summary, Wendy’s is a solid fast-food choice. My partner when there after work to get us food for dinner and upon opening the order the lady who took my partners order sounded rude and done with customers. Not to mention tried to put items on side instead of putting them into combos. I got my frosty chino on the side instead of combo getting charged two drinks got charged for two combos with soda drinks and the coffee drink on the side. The baked potato I received had basicly burned bacon's on it and quiet literally black pieces of burn bacon on it. Not to mention not giving a tray when we have 3 drinks.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered strips combo and nuggets on the side. There was only one real strip, the other two were the chicken fillets they use in the wraps. And the nuggets — took a bite of the first it tasted undercooked, tasted the second and it was stale, I spit it out. Took a third and stale again, lost my appetite. Needless to say if I wasn’t seriously on my way somewhere I would’ve turned back for my money because this is ridiculous. It would’ve been no problem for me to wait for FRESH nuggets and REAL strips! WASTE OF $19 and a bad bad tummy ache.
