Ugh...find another McDonald's. No issues with customer service, the employees are always pleasant. But your ice cream will NEVER be frozen and your milk shakes will NEVER be thick. I've fallen victim to the 'I'm sure it was just that one time' far too many visits. Shame on me. Learn from my mistakes!

I don’t normally bother rating fast food unless I’ve had overwhelmingly positive or negative experiences. But this McDonald’s has been consistently positive! Staff have always been very friendly, food has always been very fresh and correct. Definitely go for drive thru if you can, the dining room is always chaotic. But as far as McDonald’s goes, this is probably the best one in Niagara and I wanted to give the staff a shout out for that 🙂

I got a fudge sundae tonight and I was met with one little line of fudge on my sundae. when you order a fudge sundae you expect fudge on your sundae. when i asked if i could get some more i was told “no that’s one pump of fudge”. I have previously worked at mcdonald’s before and remember the policy is 2 pumps. it would have been better if I just got a cone in a cup and it would have been half the price.
