got 2 spicy wraps, large fries, onion rings & and buster bar. the fries were raw, all the our food was cold & they forgot our second wrap so we had to go through again & they charged us again for the wrap? like what? that’s wild. i didn’t notice until i got home that i had paid for it already the first go around. plus the buster bar had almost no fudge & next to no peanuts? what is going here. the person taking our order didn’t seem to care about their attitude but at least they were serving something hot.

The service at the dairy Queen on Cumberland was absolutely fantastic! The gentleman who served us was extremely friendly and professional. It was a very pleasant experience. For atmosphere, I wish the seats were padded. The back rests are padded for the bench seats, but that's it.

So it's complaint .my husband bought a CAKE from DQ on 21.03.2022 and put it in fridge to surprise me on our 11th anniversary as I am a big cake lover. The next day on 22.08.2022 When we opened it we actually surprised as it was totally a melted cake.we even didn't open.my 3 year old baby got demotivated by all this. IT RUINED OUR MOOD TOATALLY.we went back to returned it coz it cost almost 40 dollars but we didn't get any refund or anything in return and that's really frustrated as well as making me angry.nobody has instructed my husband that its an ice cream cake. And there isnt any Accountability from the staff.m extremely annoyed.DQ has no customer satisfaction rule book.
