The cleaners were there everything was fine, unfortunately the table usually has a rather unpleasant smell left by the cloth they use to clean it. There was also a strong smell of urine around the seats I was sitting on (far from the bathroom, so it couldn't have come from there).

I asked for a breakfast egg and cheese in a wrap and they didn't know how to punch it. Even the manager doesn't know how to do it. I had the same wrap from another McDonald's the previous day. The manager was adamant not to make such a small change. That shows such a poor customer service. The manager is such a waste. Don't know how to make a customer happy. Need to train her well.

A woman in the Philippines does not know how to treat constomers. I noticed that she often argue with others. Is rudely behaved. Customers are not your slave. Customers are always the king. If you don't behave like the king, McDonald's will loose your customers. (Especially Cumberland ) This is what happens when you take money and give a job.
