Very unprofessional service. Stopped there for a quick coffee break during my trip and when I went to use their washroom, there was no toilet paper in there. Waited around 10 minutes after asking someone to refill that but still nothing. After I followed up on that request, an employee named "Neha" who was also a shift manager, made fun of me in front of their staff which I wouldn't have caught if I didn't speak hindi. Upon asking for her name, they spiraled the conversation around to avoid giving out any names. Only when I had a long conversation with an assistant manager on duty, I got the name of who I was dealing with (not even sure if I got the correct name but she was a closing manager working 3-11pm). Upon that note, no-one was even wearing any name tags. All in all, very unprofessional service. Staff needs to be trained on how to respect their guests better.

they made my coffee wrong and gave me crunchy pancakes… pancakes definitely aren’t supposed to be crunchy

The food was okay but customer service is SO BAD! I also saw workers treating each other WORST!!!!!! I think drive though customers gets good service but they never care about customers who dine in.
