Visited on a Wednesday lunchtime. The interior of the drive thru was well maintained, in fact, the establishment looked newly decorated. There was plenty of choice on the menu. I was greeted by friendly and efficient staff. I ordered a coffee which was good and I was tempted by the buddy burger. The root beer I couldn't fault, the fries were actually very good compared to McDonalds as their fries seem artificial. The burger was a bit of a disappointment. The cheese on top looked highly processed, the burger pretty limp, however, the meat did taste good, there was a lot of onions which I felt a bit over powering. So rather than an excellent burger I'd drop the combo to a good because of the root beer and fries. The buddy burger combo costs six dollars. The coffee cost two dollars. I used the washroom facilities and noticed it had been fifty minutes since last checked from the check sheet that was highly visible on the door. This was understandable as the establishment had become very busy. One of the stalls smelt of 'inaccurate targeting' , yet, apart from that it appears the facilities were maintained on a regular basis.

I had an amazing experience at the A&W restaurant, thanks to the warm, efficient, and friendly service from Sonakshi! From the moment I stepped in, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. She helped me navigate the menu and recommended the perfect combo meal that hit the spot. The food, as always, was delicious—juicy burgers with that signature A&W flavor, crisp golden fries, and, of course, their famous root beer, which was frosty and refreshing. What made my visit extra special was Sonakshi’s attention to detail. She checked in to ensure everything was just right, with a genuine smile that made it clear she cared about her customers. In a world where good service can be hard to find, Sonakshi is a shining example of what great customer service should be. We came in at 11:02 Am past breakfast- the lady at the front asked the cook in the back and they still had eggs and served us breakfast past the time! great service and it's much appreciated 👍
