I had an amazing experience here. I ordered the Chicken Jalapeno burger and there was absolutely no compromise in quality. The burger was perfectly assembled and toppings were plentiful. The patty was perfectly crisp and the sauces were on point. Also, Bilal who was working there at that time provided excellent and prompt service, answering any questions kindly and ensuring great food quality. The atmosphere could be livened up a bit with some music maybe. Also a bit on the expensive side but it makes up in quality. I will definitely be going here again! 💯

I came very late at night. I had been congested all day and just needed something spicy to help. I hadn’t been to hero burger before. So, I didn’t quite know what to expect. I believe one man was working there all by himself. He took orders and cooked them. The layout of the restaurant was very confusing. I wish I had taken pictures. But, it was a tight space, in the middle there was two monitors, and a pop machine. Most of the pop was out of syrup. I wanted to get the zero sugar option, but couldn’t, so I tried a few others. My only real critique of the food itself was that I only got two pickles on my chicken sandwich when I asked for extra pickles.

My burger was undercooked and turned into ground beef puree. The other 2 burgers that we had in our group were also very poorly done. Hero Burger is supposed to be quality, but people at this location make it rancid.
