I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received at your Hwy 7 location around 12:30 AM on January 16th. As a regular customer who enjoys the McCrispy, I requested a fresh patty when I placed my order, as I prefer it cooked properly. Unfortunately, I received a burnt patty and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a replacement, even after clearly communicating my preference for a fresh one. I find it incredibly disappointing and inappropriate that I was given burnt food despite my request. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail and care for customer satisfaction. This experience has left me questioning my trust in this particular location, and I am now reconsidering returning in the future. I hope you can look into this matter and ensure that future customers don’t face similar issues. I also emailed at your head office and I would appreciate any feedback or response regarding this incident. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Maidul, The Server, Prep. Person, and Cashier always does an excellent job with his customer service skills. Also, Maidul was welcoming, polite, quick, efficient, and caring. When I order food and drink, Maidul is always great and amazing when he serves me. Please let Maidul know about this review. Thank you very much and have a wonderful day.

The young man at the Till is Top shelf. You'll know you have this guy cause he knows your order before you ask...lol. pretty fast and accurate for the most part. Food prep sometimes ruins it cutting corners, like microwave instead of toast. Over all...7/10
