I had a great experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen! The customer service was excellent,friendly and fast. The staff made sure my order was perfect and served everything fresh. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. and the sides were delicious too. Definitely one of the best places for great food and great service. Highly recommend!"

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I visited around 11-something in the evening, and from the moment we walked in, the staff member we encountered was shockingly rude—no greeting, no basic courtesy, just an attitude that made it clear we weren’t welcome. It honestly felt like we were being given charity food rather than being paying customers. Her tone was insulting, her behavior confrontational, and her complete lack of professionalism was beyond disappointing. It seemed like she was deliberately trying to make us uncomfortable. I can’t imagine how many other customers have had their experiences ruined because of her. Someone with that attitude has no place in the hospitality industry. Service is just as important as the food, and no one should have to deal with such blatant disrespect when they’re simply trying to enjoy a meal. If management doesn’t address this, they’ll only continue to lose customers.

Amazing food and great service! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was fresh. The place was clean, and the service was quick. Definitely one of the best Popeyes locations I’ve been to! Highly recommended!!!!!!
