I visited Popeyes today with my friends for lunch and I ordered a two piece the worker messed up and gave me a three, I asked for a refund as I did not want three and she refused. Then my chicken was severely oily, pink, looked uncooked and was an overall mess. Truly disgusting. I asked for napkins because it was so oily and I was ignored. Genuinely hated my experience here. Never going back! I would like a refund!

Wife convinced me we should go here for dinner. We bought 5 meals for us and our family. Total was $85ish. I should be outraged at the cost but I think that’s just how it is. So $17/meal isn’t terrible I guess? The cashier and manager were amazing. Cashier was patient as we fumbled through our order. 2 sandwiches, two nugget meals, 2pc and a side of ghost pepper wings. When I started this I was going to say 2 star for the food because of the condiments on our sandwiches. But when we got home we added mayo and it was as good a chicken sandwich as I’ve ever had. The Ghost pepper wings were exactly that. The ghost of any spice left them long ago. Fries are terrible and sparse. So three stars. The restaurant itself need a good cleaning. Our first table we sat at was dirty, the bench squeaks. So in short, excellent staff, food was mediocre, space needs attention.

Absolutely amazing service, the bathroom's were clean lights were ON!!! The food sizes were actually PRETTY GOOD especially with the dark meat, it seems it was OVERSIZED! Customer service was GREAT and the interactions with the employee/r and customers was very FRIENDLY. I would recommend Popeye's if you are NOT A PICKY eater and in general.
