Placed an ordered in the mobile app. Got to the window and she told me my total and then got rude and upset when i said i already paid tho. Then mumbed a response said hold on then came back with the food and then basically threw it out the window. If you dont like your job then get a new one easy as that. Be nicer... Was also confused with my whopper because it was wrapped in a impossible whopper wrapper. But it was a regular whopper. Also didn't even give me the right sauce I asked for.....

EDIT: I am updating my review as the manager has reached out to me regarding this incident and I have been assured that the staff member has been spoken to and will be coached on how to better address these situations. My order will be replaced as well. Thank you very much to the kind store manager. She was lovely to speak to and dealt with the situation in a courteous and efficient manner. We will be back as this is location is close to home, and the rest of our food that was correct was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The male staff member that I spoke to over the phone tonight flat out called me a liar when I said my sandwich was made wrong. I requested no mayo, and it said so on the receipt, however, the sandwich had mayo on it. I called repeatedly before someone actually picked up the phone as I was trying to have it replaced for another day, since it was 10 pm and I was already home for the night and in my pajamas, and the male then told me that I was wrong because he made that sandwich personally and there was no mayo on it, so I must be lying, and the fact that I didn't want to bring it back tonight confirmed that. Well, here is the picture to show that I am not a liar. Mistakes happen and can be fixed, which is what I was trying to do, but to argue with a customer and then accuse them of lying is terrible customer service, and this person should be reprimanded.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me I was very disgusted to find a hair in my daughters whopper and I asked for bacon cheeseburger and the bacon looks rubber. Now I've been coming here alot as my Google location will prove and this is Unacceptable.
