Absolutely unacceptable! Picked up apple pies at 2 AM, got home, and realized they were expired at 12:20 AMand served cold. To make it worse, they even tried to rip off the sticker with the time—clearly trying to cover it up. This is a serious health risk! Called the store, and their ‘solution’ was a coupon that I’d have to wait weeks for. Are you kidding me? You served expired food, tried to hide it, and think a delayed coupon makes up for it? This needs to be reported to health authorities ASAP. How many others have eaten expired food without realizing? Shameful and dangerous. Fix this!

This was my first time stopping at a McDonald’s in Canada, and I was slightly impressed! The food and service were amazing, but the store was dirty, and the tables and chairs needed a little bit of cleaning. Overall, it was a great experience! This location is definitely a must-stop once you have crossed the Ambassador Bridge and gotten through customs.

September 20 2024 the lady I spoke to was very lazy in trying to ask a coworker about a change pouch I lost and was retracing my steps to look for. Wish I could give zeri stars for service. Female Manager was very rude at location. September 21st/2022. 4pm. ***Also they let kids beg customers REGULARLY for money and NOT kick them out. Said kids SHOULD get money from their damn parents!!!! *****Was there on SUNDAY OCTOBER 1ST ...AT about 830 am A homless guy was in washroom banging on things and acting irrationally. I told a cashier to tell the Manager about it. The MANAGER did nothing as customers were going in after me and hearing the commotion in the Mens room for well over 20 minutes. ***February 8th 2024. Again unruly kids that should of been kicked out. They were climbing on the benches and noisy in the washroom. Aged 20's this time. Damn act your age not shoe size. ***April 11th 2024 The mens washroom stall walls are wobbly. And no locks on them either (terribly unsafe and hazardous).
