It was a driver through order first the employee was so rude literally I was screaming from my car she was intentionally saying wrong order it was simple Mcveggie combo other guy took my order he apologies for her behaviour and said she’s always like that. Order was not ready they asked me to pullover the car after 3-4mins I received order and no surprise they gave wrong order asked for veggie burger they gave me fish burger, guy took my order As a Mcveggie burger combo already called McD restaurant when i realized its not a veg burger which I ordered.

I seldom make negative reviews regarding various establishments, but it has to be said that this McDonald's location is horrendous! Most of the workers have a poor attitude and have no semblance to what exceptional customer service is. Some of the staff treats the city's homeless with no respect and no dignity. For a lack of a better term, they treat the homeless like animals, and on top of that, upon mixing orders and placing some food items in the wrong bags, they have the audacity to tell customers to just change those food items themselves, amongst each other. A lady (who I suppose was the manager on-duty) was extremely unprofessional and rude. Her appearance was not representative of what a manager should be wearing while at work, as she appeared to have the outlook of someone who just rolled out of bed, in their pajamas. This location is one of, if not, THE most disgusting and poorly run establishments I have been to in quite a while. Upper management should give this location an impromptu visit, as this particular location is not exemplifying what the McDonald's brand is aiming to achieve. If I could give a rating below 1, I would. Most of the staff needs a refresher course on customer service and how to deliver exceptional customer service with respect and dignity. If they do not like their job, they should quit, because many of the staff at this location are just downright disrespectful, lack empathy (for the homeless especially), and they are incredibly sarcastic. Stay away from this location, it is bad news!

I wish I'd never tried it. I order double quarter ponder and paid $17 for combo, but what I get was a couple of tasteless patties and thin layers of pickle. This sandwich worth noting. It wasn't rush hour and they had enough time to prepare a good sandwich but it looks like to me staffs don't care what they get to customers.
