Ordered my daughter's birthday ice cream cake here; overall, not bad. The cake was yummy, they had it ready on time, but the service picking it up wasn't great, no one knew much of what was happening, and they didn't spell the word 'birthday' right. When I asked for ice packs as our drive home was long, they said, "Sorry, can't. Best of luck!"

The burger was great, the fries were great, everything was decent. However, our sundaes were made extremely sloppy, given to us without lids, and were made incorrectly. I’ve worked at dq and sundaes don’t come with an overbearing amount of syrup pouring out of the middle and not touching any other part of the ice cream. When we called to let them know about our issue, we were told there was no manager and we had to call tomorrow. Very poor service, but good food.

WORST DQ IVE EVER BEEN TO. The people couldnt care any less about their jobs, coughing sneezing sick employees not washing their hands. They dont fill sodas up all the way in the drive through. Food presentation is absolutely garbage while being extremely over priced. Not to mention their FLAT sodas. Like i said, THEY COULDNT CARE LESS. I AM GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO. THEY DESERVE LESS. I will not be spending my money there again. DQ has gone way downhill. You can keep my money as i learned to never spend another dime in any of those awful restaurants.
