Ordered two double cheeseburger combos ketchup only. They took the cheese off. I mean come on I would have ordered a hamburger. Called to complain, nobody answered the phone it just rang and rang.

Came here after a long road trip and the food was nothing special. The staff was very nice and it was pretty clean inside. Service was good and food was pretty normal.

Ordered 3 special burgers today around 3 pm on w 11th. The crew did a wonderful job. The burgers were perfect (California no Tom and a double cheeseburger) and tasted great. Best yet I've had at Carls, thanks guys!
