This is one of those places I've driven by a hundred times, and I always say, "Man, I need to try that place some day." Well, I happened to mention this place to my boss yesterday, and today she commented that we should try it. First impression upon pulling up, their intercom for the ordering menu is down, but let that not be a deterrent. After reading some other reviews about the wait time, I decided to leave earlier to pick up lunch for everyone. I pulled up to the drive-through window and was greeted by a friendly face. She took my order, and unfortunately, the shake machine was down. I made my order and a special request for food preparation. I was told to pull up, and my food would be brought out shortly. I was looking around, and they have a couple of outdoor seating areas, a few arcade games, and a basketball hoop for customers to use. I wasn't expecting this for a small food stand/truck restaurant, and I love how welcoming it felt. My food was out quicker than expected, and the gentleman still apologized for the wait. Everyone raved about the food, I found it quite delicious myself. Excellent flavor, good portion size, and exceptionally reasonable prices considering inflation. Now I wish I would have eaten here one of the many times I've driven by. We have already decided this is going to be one of our new go-to places for lunch. I hope to try the milkshake next time! 10/10, friendly staff, welcoming ambiance, fabulous food, and quite the bargain.

I have been to Gotcha many times before and I’ve never had a bad experience. Today changed that. I’ve never left a bad review for any food place but after receiving my food today, it needed to be posted because who hands a customer food like this. This guy comes to bring us our food and the bottom of the bag is ripping like you can literally see the CHICKEN SANDWICH sticking out through the bag it was so bad. I tell the guy “That bag is ripping pretty bad”. Guy just hands me the food and walks off. Look at these pictures. Literally taken still in the Gotcha parking lot. It’s just wild to me because as someone who has worked in customer service, believe me I know how stressful and busy it can be. But to see a bag ripped like you can see in the pictures and still hand the customer the bag after they say something about it to is pure lazy and terrible customer service. I didn’t pay 30$ for this to be handed to me. Blatantly ignorant.

Came through to give Gotcha a try. What an amazing crew. On point with customer service and speed of service. Food was great. You will not find a better burger anywhere near the same price. I will be going back. Highly recommend !
