I went in and tried to use the 30% off as a rewards member. Ordered two double cheeseburgers which are also buy one get one for a dollar. They said that I can’t stack deals. How is it a deal if it is the price listed on your very own menu? You just keep pushing more and more customers away with your BS.

After a long 8 hour shift I decided to get some ice cream for me and my family. I went through the drive through and asked for four Sundays, two hot fudge and two caramel. The lady taking orders complimented my necklaces and was really nice but then I pulled to the window and let’s just ignore the long wait for 4 simple Sundays. The lady opened the window and handed me four hot fudge Sundays and four caramel Sundays and told me that’s what I asked and payed for. I told her the right order and she gave the the already made two hot fudges and two Carmel and told me to park and they would give me a refund. I parked and again waited for the manager to come out and again they took their time to come out and my Sundays were already melting and the same girl at the window came with cash in her hands with a receipt. I payed with my card. I asked if they could please redo my Sundays because they melted because they took long and she went to ask and came back saying no. This place used to be good.

You could tell that the guy working the drive threw really loved his job. Definitely not upbeat or positive. I kinda wanted to just drive off after ordering. Anyone that puts that kinda attitude out there to the public Definitely puts that kinda work into making your food.
