When order at cashier, he try to charge me $0.5 more than the machine, and claims that “there’s no option for caramel hot chocolate, so I add caramel syrup on the regular hot chocolate”. Also, as the picture shows, I asked “no lettuce”, but the staff member never followed. Terrible experience. 😤

Ordered a burger with a large meal. They forgot to give me my cup, and then took forever to give it to me after I had asked for it right away. Then when I got home I looked in the bag and the large fry I had ordered has about as much as a medium should. I understand it’s not that important. But why would I pay for the large if I was going to get a medium. And they were stale.

Ordered a McRib through delivery. Got here with the bun, but no McRib. I'm not even sure how this level of mistake is possible. Needles to say, I'm a very unhappy customer.
