Burgerville made the worst burger I have ever had. It was room temperature and tasted like nothing. Fish and chips was tiny and $14.69. At least it wasn’t room temperature though. Drip coffee took 10 minutes. The only thing we liked were the fries. Overall, below average fast food that is not even cheap or fast. I regret not going to McDonalds

Do they even know how to grill? This is a burger not a steak; I’d like to not have pink and red meat left in my burger with the whole thing covered in butter/grease. Honestly I wouldn’t go to this location if we can’t trust our food to be fully cooked. Truffle fries were really good though so I can get with that.

As far as burgers go, I LOVE CHEESEBURGERS (I've been spoiled all my life with the BEST homemade cheeseburgers my whole life). Burgerville rates 3 stars, step up from Burger King. However, Savanna whom helped me in the drive thru line, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain their Burger and meal options, and overall was just so patient and kind. She outshined the meal for sure, they are lucky to have her! I had to try since my hometown of Bend wants to bring in one of their restaurants- which tbh I wouldn't do. Bend has plenty of delicious burgers, waaay better, and for the same price. I mean no offense, just want to be honest. Thank you Savanna- you made my day with your patience & beautiful smile! Update- Thank you Burgerville for your response! Gresham team did great, food was fine! Burger was warm, fries were good- just nothing any different than any other fast food burger place. In my humble opinion there are just a lot of really good burgers these days for the same price. I'll come back to try again, Savanna was great & the cheesecake milkshake looked bomb.... thanks for valuing the honest feedback!
