My recent experience at Carl's Junior on 181st left me a bit disappointed. Being just a few minutes from work, I decided to swing by on my lunch break and grabbed a 5-piece of chicken tenders. Unfortunately, it was the first time I encountered soggy, non-crispy tenders from any Carl's Junior outlet. As someone who expects the fresh, hand-breaded goodness that Carl's Junior is known for, this was quite disappointing. I'm hoping it was just a one-off incident, as I've always enjoyed their crispy chicken in the past. Despite this hiccup, I appreciate the convenience of the location and hope for a better experience next time.

I had the Western Bacon Double. It was awesome as usual. I travel frequently and Carl's has the same great quality food no matter what state i am in. Great job Karcher management!

Yasmin was not very good at customer service. We asked about a particular drink she said it was at the fountain. It wasn’t so we asked again and she stated it cost an additional 3.50 and stated no refund on the fountain drink. Had a chip on their should when asked. Needless to say we won’t be visiting this store again.
