I actually came in for A&W today. We got a couple combo meals and root beer floats. We got two A2's and 1 A7 no lettuce. The fries were hot and delicious, I ate them all before my burger. Enjoyed the extra crunch of the coating they put on them. The burgers were not as hot, but we're quite good. Bacon was a good texture, not all floppy. The cheese flavor was overwhelming on the burger. All the veggies were crisp and fresh. And the floats were what I remember as a child. Still the best hands down. I drove past Carl's Jr on purpose to stop here; anyim glad that I did. Till next time.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your location, specifically regarding an interaction with Andrea, the drive-thru lead. I was taken aback by the rushed and dismissive way she handled my order. I initially ordered a Famous Bowl, but upon further consideration, I decided to ask for a recommendation. Without any acknowledgment or engagement, Andrea quickly told me my total and instructed me to pull forward. When I mentioned I had changed my mind, her response was short and noticeably annoyed. When I arrived at the window, I asked the staff member if it was her I had spoken to, and she confirmed it wasn’t. I requested to speak with a manager, and Andrea  eventually came to the window confirmed that she took the order. I explained that her behavior made me feel rushed and unwelcome. Her response was unprofessional—she seemed uninterested and blankly asked, “Do you want the food or not?” I also overheard her telling the kitchen staff that she didn’t care. This experience was uncomfortable, and I felt that Andrea’s demeanor was not aligned with the level of customer service expected from someone in a leadership position. If Andrea is indeed the manager, it appears there is a significant opportunity for improvement in her customer service skills and overall approach to interacting with customers. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I believe it is important for staff, especially in management, to be trained in professionalism and courtesy. We went from the drive through to the front of the store per request by the drive through window order was not ready after sitting out front for 15 min my husband went in to see what was taking so long after him going in he was told his food was almost ready the lady came out handed it to him and there was no sauce no napkins in our bag and we requested the sauce . To top it off the chicken strips were so soggy with grease . That we both looked at each other and said this is the last time we are coming here. Total disappointment 😞
