Had a great meal. The place was clean and quiet, the Northwest Tillamook Cheddar Cheeseburger was delicious and the fries were good too! I instantly regretted going to Wendy's a few days prior and they are pretty good. Found my new place to go when ever I'm in Portland

Burgerville had decent food and friendly staff, which made for a solid experience. However, one concern is the large number of homeless individuals around the area. While it's understandable that this is a broader issue, it does affect the sense of safety for customers. It might be beneficial for the establishment to consider adding more security to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.

My burger was not completely cooked the manager offered to make another Burger but I had ate most of the sandwich so I said no she was nice about it and said that she would let him know the diet Coke and the fries were great place was clean friendly staff I will eat there again in the future but next time I will ask for well done
