I have been a Burgerville customer from many years and I do not mind paying a little extra for the quality that they usually have. Unfortunately I cannot say that about this location. It has been more than once that the food is given to me cold or this last experience with the breakfast bagel completely inedible. My bagel was given to me Cold and The bagel bread was so stiff that I couldn't even eat it. You can see in the picture below, that the cheese wasn't even melted. And before there is any confusion, there was no one in front of me in line. It wasn't busy at all. I never give bad reviews but this time my experience was so bad that I felt I had to share it. Take a little more time and drive up to the one on 122nd in the parkrose neighborhood. I DO NOT recommend this location.

Just stopped on this time for sweet treats. Ordered shakes and orange dream, delicious! Cashier was patient and courteous as there were several people in our group who were still deciding on their order.

Cold, greasy and no condiments when asked for. The quality of food and service goes down if you don’t tip. The staff seem to think that they deserve more money from a customer to do their job. Someone should tell them that a tip is meant for those who do their job well.
