I always get drive through and it's always really fast. I never have to wait even when there are other cars in line. I always get the order I asked for and it's always the same good cheap food. Anyone who disagrees is most likely apart of the gentrification of our city. If you buy all the food on the menu and then complain you don't like it you're probably just having an existential crisis of your purpose in life and need to go focus on the government since you have plenty of money and time. If you want good fast burgers and just fast food in general Jack in the Box is a great option. If you want 5 star fine dinning then going to any fast food joint is your fault not theirs... also the Hispanic woman who works her is always super friendly very helpful and the nicest lady ever!!! I'm also inclusive and if you see another White person comment otherwise about this nice worker I'm sure you can put two and two together that people are still racist. You are doing a wonderful job Ms. Jack in the Box lady.

This was the worst chicken sandwich of my life, when I unwrapped it the bread was burnt and smashed like someone punched it. I took a bite hoping the appearance was the only horrendous thing and to my sickness the patty had %10 of meat in it and tasted like it was been sitting out for an hr and they heated it up on the grill. I'm so disappointed in jack in the box I will never be coming to this location again. Waste of money

They have a person in their female, who cannot speak English and she does not follow instruction very well. You damn near have to use sign language for her to understand what you’re saying. I ordered a large strawberry milkshake, and she gave me a cracked cup that was leaking all over me after I realized it was a crack up and I had to go back through the drive-through and wait because she didn’t give me a straw the first time. That said, I do not blame this individual woman for not knowing what she doesn’t know, I blame management for putting her in that situation. This is a Night Shift situation so I would recommend that you guys do better.
