I payed $15 for the build your own munchie box. It is an absolute rip off! I got four onion rings, two tacos, a chicken sandwich, and a small drink. The onion rings were small. This munchie box is more for a child! It is absolutely ridiculous! When I called the “manager” to talk to them about it, she said she was a manager. Then when I told her what was going on, she said she would have to talk to her supervisor about it, and then she hung up. No goodbye, have a good day or anything. Do not go here! They rip you off and don’t even care about it! I would give them zero stars if I could!

So, you go through the drive-thru, and then they tell you to wait in front. This must be their new way of keeping time down in the drive-thru. The point of a drive-thru is what?! I waited out front for 10 minutes,

Came in last weekend to grab a quick lunch as I was running errands. I also had to use the restroom and wanted to wash my hands before I handled my food. When I entered, I found the restrooms locked. I waited at the counter for several minutes and nobody helped. Finally, a woman came in and said she'd be right with me. Another few minutes... By the time she came back, I really had to use the restroom so I asked if I could do so. I'm an older adult who takes a medication that unfortunately dictates how frequently I have to use the restroom. I shouldn't have to explain this here or at the moment. She refused stating I had to order first. I said I would order, and asked to unlock the restroom. She said I had to pay first. I asked for the manager, and she identified herself as such, but had no name tag or anything indicating she was the manager. She was rude and condescending. I asked for the contact info for corporate and she refused to give it to me, claiming she didn't know it. Tell me how a manager doesn't know? Finally, after paying for my food I raced to the restroom. Once I came out and came around the corner back to the counter I could hear her commiserating with a coworker in spanish about me. She was turned away, and the coworker, in spanish told her I was back. I immediately spoke up that I know Spanish and felt it was inappropriate for them to be talking about customers. She seemed surprised at my comment. Maybe she shouldn't assume that someone with fair skin isn't Latino. I really don't care about the excuses JITB will give for this policy. It is rude, demeaning and wrong. Any business that serves food should have easy access to a restroom to maintain cleanliness of workers and patrons. Stop treating everyone like criminals.
