If I were fast food restaurants I'd be mad as hell at where American cultural changes have left the younger generation of people. Those people that would learn how to show up to work on time, take some pride and what they do... That's not what you're getting here at this Jack in the Box. No, what you're getting are people who don't know how to provide even a basic level of customer service for customers, well at the same time providing the driest hamburger I've had the privilege of eating in a very long time. That burger was drained of all of its juices, it was room temperature, and both the top and bottom buns had burn marks on them, which wasn't a problem really, but it indicated to me exactly why these pieces of bread were so dry. I don't know what happened, but they are definitely not just an average fast food restaurant anymore. Now it feels like they are simply waiting for someone to come along to lock the door and turn out the lights. Bluntly, I really don't think anybody would care if it closed tomorrow. They're serving anything that would warrant repeat business.

Drive thru is always on point. Fast and friendly service every time. Need to put napkins in with food though. Sometimes nothing in bag. But always fast.

I have ordered from this place twice; the first was in person, through the app - and picked up at the drive through. The second was a delivery order through their app. While neither experience was pleasant, the second pissed me off; when people are spending close to $30 on an order - fulfill that order correctly. It's not hard, and, you're paid to do it...
